How To Order a Support Soccer in NC License Plate

IMPORTANT: The Fundraising Reserved List has expired. 
The following character sets were reserved and no longer available: GOAL; DAD; BALL; SCOR; GK; MANU; COPA; BKHM; SCCR. 
All other character sets on the list are available.

Please choose one of the following options:

OPTION #1 - Support Soccer in NC License Plate with DMV-Assigned Numbers
You may purchase a Support Soccer in NC license plate with DMV assigned numbers for an annual fee of just $25.00.
(Does not include the annual tag renewal fee paid to the DMV.)
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Fill out the DMV Application for a "Support Soccer in NC" License Plate with DMV - assigned numbers.
  2. Print the completed form, include a check or money order payable to Support Soccer in NC for $25.00 (Does not include the annual tag renewal fee paid to the DMV.)

OPTION #2 - Support Soccer in NC Personalized Phrases
You may purchase a Support Soccer in NC license plate with a personalized phrase for an annual fee of just $55.00.
(Does not include the annual tag renewal fee paid to the DMV.)
You are limited to ONLY four (4) spaces. NOTE: You may not use only numbers or numbers and symbols.
Example: 9 and #9 are not allowed, however NO.9 is allowed.
Phrases will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
NOTE: Before submitting your request be sure to check with the ALREADY-RESERVED PHRASES.

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Choose three Personalized Phrases - make sure they are not included on the ALREADY-RESERVED PHRASES.
  2. Fill out the DMV Application with a Personalized Plate (include your three Personalized Phrases on this form)
  3. Print the completed form, include a check or money order payable to Support Soccer in NC for $55.00 (Does not include the annual tag renewal fee paid to the DMV.)
  4. Mail the form and check to: Support Soccer in NC - PO Box 18229 - Greensboro, NC 27419
  5. Phrases are first-come, first-served and you will be contacted once phrases have been assigned.
